I am in the process of transferring my old 37g to a 90g. The 90 gallon is made by deep blue professional and it is reef ready. I have the plumbing kit and all. Right now I am looking for return pumps. I am wondering what the maximum overflow rate is for these tanks. This is clearly an important factor in deciding which return pump to get. Anyone know? Thanks

We don't carry the Deep Blue aquariums so we do not what size is included, but since you have the plumbing kit on hand, this will help you:

    3/4 inch plumbing = 300 GPH
    1 inch = 600 GPH
    1.5 inch = 1300 GPH

    I hope this helps.

This actually helps a lot, I'll measure it when I get home. Thank you!

Gabbyr189. My 90 has an 1 1/4 drain line it's rated at 750 gph. It also has 1 1/4 bulkhead for the return but the pipe itself is 3/4. Hope this helps.

Interesting. If you don't mind me asking.. How many gph is your return pump rated for? I was thinking of getting a 900 gph one (not accounting for height)..
