    You can by ich medicine that you just keep on putting in your tank so it prevents them from getting ich. My lfs is where i buy my premixed saltwater and they keep ich medicine in their water, and ive had a tANG FOR ABOUT 4 WEEKS NOW AND NO ICH.

    I had mine now for about 4months. Now Im screwed probably gonna loose most my fish. If I had know more about the hippo tang I would not have purchased him so early on in my learning days. Now I and my fish are paying the price for my inexperience :cry:

    When you start over maybe make sure you put in ich medicine so it dosent happen again.:(

    ICH medicine LOL. No such thing. Keeping water params in check is what counts. That reef safe stuff is not scientifically prooven to cure ich or prevent it.
