    1 question did you use the paste or screw in the leds?

    Original 60 diodes were attached with thermal adhesive. The newly added 26 diodes were attached using thermal pads (stickers), as I was after the quickest method since I'd be doing this over the tank. To attach these, I used some eggcrate over the tank, lowered the heatsinks down, and flipped them over onto the eggcrate.

    I'm still a fan of thermal adhesive. Drilling/tapping a heatsink to use thermal grease & screws is a lot of unnecessary work IMO.
