Id give it a few days and see what happens maybe test ammonia meanwhile. I think it will be just fine.

I've had corals take a week to open up again after minor flow changes (anecdotally). Doubling don't move back to HOB - the benefits to the sump will become apparent soon!

I know I should have tested the water before, but after adding the sump and doing a water change at the same time, I had a drop in my PH,Calcium, and salinity. Obviously I missed adding a cup of salt (or 3) with the water change and I'd say thats were my problem lies. Readings are PH-7.4, Calcium 280ppm, and salinity 1.021. Question is whether or not raising the salinity back up to the proper levels will bring up my PH and Cal? Thanks!

Most salt mixes contain calcium, so adding saltwater to your tank would bring up salinity and calcium, but also mag, alk, etc.
