Literally since I installed my MH lights 3 days ago I have pink and red crust growing everywhere!!! This rock had some zoas where the pink is now at .. what is going on?!?
Last I checked calcium was around 480. I'm not exaggerating when I say this stuff was not here at all 3 days ago.

If you don't want the coraline, get an urchin.

I don't think that is coralline. The white nodules on it are what make be feel the way I do. The rapid growth also.

+1 coralline is usually a slower grower, also it usually likes less light from what I have read. So for it to take off after switching to MH seems odd to me, or that it is something else.

But it does look like coralline to me, what does it feel like? Can you scrape it off easily? Is it growing over the zoas or just around?
