So in your opinion do you think all my other params seem ok??

Should i just leave the corals alone and see if they perk up a bit after the water change and when i change GFO?

Yes the rest of the tests look ok. Do the water change, get some new GFO. That's all I cant think of right now. You definitely need to get those phosphates down. You might need to get a reactor for the GFO, two little fishies makes a good one.

No problem.:) Its more effective in the reactor. Basically it gets better contact with the water in the reactor, so it removes more that way.

ok im looking at them on ebay just now,
so (again excuse my lack of knowledge) will it sit beneith my tank?
Is it a matter of linking it to a pump?
And do i fill the canister with a GFO granule like rowhphos??

I think you can just hang it in your sump. Then you hook it to a pump. You want the GFO inside to gently tumble as the water flows threw. To much flow and it will grind the GFO down into dust.

Looks like the two little fishies one has a valve for controlling the flow built into to it, so you just need to hook it up to a pump.

I dont have a sump, the tank i own is the red sea max and it has a "water treatment" system at the back, can you get one that just sits beneith the tank??

ya u can hang it behind the tank, or under it, where ever you have room.
