    thank you schackmel
I was very surprised to be honest, I figured anything that can do that and get all those bugs and crabs to fall out must not be a good thing for my coral
but the coral seemed oblivious to the treatment, PE extended same night

I dont think there where any on the coral I dipped, I did visual check 1st and used tweezers to get rid of a bit of green and red stuff growing on the plug

I've heard of cases where the cure was worse than the disease with TMPCC so I've not tried that. There are times where I don't want a coral to become discolored due to Lugol's Solution. TLF Revive is awesome but there are times where I don't think it's strong enough. So far the best reports from my friends are with Coral RX.

Hey Steve... Glad the stuff is working for you.

I have left SPS in the air for hours with no ill effects. The only thing when doing this is to make sure not to touch it with dry hands. This can kick start RTN very easily.

A little work with a toothpick works wonders on removing acro crabs. I have found them to be invaluable when it comes to wild colonies. Almost every wild one that I have bought without an acro crab has perished. It may just be chance, but who knows.

Ive used nothing but CoralRX to dip my new corals, and Ive received corals from 10 different vendors plus stuff from my LFS, I haven't seen a hitchhiker of any kind in my tank I didn't put there. My corals don't brown out using this stuff either. I think its the best.

Great review, Steve! I've heard of the product before, but can't say I've ever actually seen it in use, except for once. About how much did it cost?

I assume these are all for the same purpose?

I saw Lugol's Solution at my LFS, but the box didn't say what it was for.

    Thank you Curtis
yes if you buy a pre coloured up frag then dipping it in something that wont change that color is a good idea

    Its a good investment IMHO

    Thanks jonjon
I had similar experiences with acro crabs , I would say that the colonies I had with them, seemed to do better than colonies without them

    Thanks Alex

Hi Seano - bearing in mind where I shop - mine cost me 70 rmb which is about 12 USD for the bottle

Yes there are many different products that you can dip new corals with
in order to kill off potential pests

    that was a bonus Alex
