Coral and anemone feeding....

The beauty of feeding... There isn't one right answer.. In fact, all three are the right answer.. sort of. In the ocean the diversity of food available is far far beyond what we could ever hope to provide in a tank.. This is three different ways to provide some of the nutrients the corals lack in our glass boxes. I believe in diversity in feeding. Kent with these three offerings is basically agreeing. I would buy one, feed it, next time I bought I would buy another one.. and so on and so forth. even better would be to buy all three and alter the feedings with each serving.
