    How would I go about setting up a copper based Quarintine Tank?
    And what would I dose it with to keep it as an Established C.B.Q.T.?
    Or is this a bad idea all together? :-/

    For my QT, I have been using a 10g DT, with a HOB penguin filter with bio wheel, and a HOB Sachem skimmer, a heater and a maxi jet....

    When I need it, I fill it with water from the DT and keep the clients there. If the tank stays up for a while, then water change out from the main DT are used for water change in the QT. I have treated with a couple of different Cu products...so, what you use is likely more a personal choice based on what needs to be treated...

    None of this equipment is used with the main tank...
