Compare Our Sand!

    We our now carrying sand, and would like for people to compare it to other sand they have purchased. We feel it has less silt than other online sand alternatives and would like to see if you agree with that opinion. It is aragonite sand, made up of coral rubble, shell, foram, and calcium percipitate pieces that have been weathered down into small grains that were dredged from a deepwater Bahamian trench. It is pre-washed but may require some settling, it it small/fine grade size.

    So, if you:

    Have purchased sand online before
    Would be willing to post your review of the sand
    Have been a 3reef member for 2 years with at least 500 posts
    Can use sand

    We will send you a box for free so you can sample it. Limited to the first 5 reviewers. We dont plan on ever becoming rich off of this product, we just like to carry it because of customer demand, so your candid review would be appreciated over politeness. (Not that you have to be a jerk about it :) )

    Haven't bought sand online before, but really glad to hear you're carrying it because we'll be setting up a 140 in a few months & don't really want to buy a bunch of small bags LOL.

    well i guess it doesnt have to be online, you just need to be able to compare it against something or have sand experience

    I've used aragonite from a bag, along with true florida aragonite and sugarfine sand. I've only been a member for 1.5 years though. :(
