    I have dual hang-on filters, I do not know the exact model of the lights I know they are good lights though I got them for xmas from my parents around 300dollars the guy at the place I go to said they are top notch and I have an Instant Ocean Protein Skimmer.

    Tube Anemone, they need supplemental feeding, brine, myscis, that stuff.

    About the lights, can you take a picture of the fixture/bulbs please?

    It does seem that way, if a coral is under too much light or low light, they can actually purge there zooxanthealle, in lamen's terms, throw up what keeps them alive... never a good sign.
