Clown fish illness

    We have a fluval edge 23 l salt water marine tank.
    We have 2 clown fish a cleaner shrimp and some live rock
    They are fed brine shrimp and recently a garlic based feed

    In the last fee days one of the clown fish has had a growth on its side started off red with a white centre. Looks a bit fungating almost.

    It is feeding ok and swimming ok.

    Please help!
