    HAHAHA...you're a nut. I guess you could call it a tie. It took a while to figure out which candidate took Florida which was the tie-breaking state.

    Here, the candidate must win state by state to accumulate that states Electoral Vote. It takes 271 electoral votes to win. Florida has 28 (i think) and it was within 500 votes to determine who got those electoral votes and put one candidate over the top! Not a tie, but close.
