That bubble algae will be nasty if you pop the bubbles, like the above post said, it's best to try and remove it away from the main tank. Emerald crabs have been known to eat the stuff if you find more, although any crab is not really good for a reef tank, so removing it yourself would the first and best option.

How would I go about removing the bubble algae? I have a bucket that I can put the rock in to remove the algae, but I just want to make sure I do it the right way. Should I use tweezers or something like that?

Just do it with your fingers. If u use tweezers, for example, you won't have absolute control on how much presure you are putting on them. Just grab one and at the same time, twist it and pull with your fingers. It should come off. Really there isn't much more to it than that.

Yes to what magnus said. Put the rock in a bucket first then knock off with your fingers.

Yes I was able to get the bubble algae off of the rock. It took me a second to realize that it wont just "pop" and then I just scraped it off with my fingernail into the bucket. None of it popped at all. Thank you for your help.

Sweet, Congrats and keep an eye on your rocks to see if there's any left or if any comes back.
