    I have emailed you twice now concerning my order in which my charge card was charged twice. I have yet to receive a response. So, whats the deal? Is this how you treat customers? At least a reply saying you are working on it wold be nice.

    After reading so many good threads about Spectrapure on here, I had high hopes. I hope I wasn't wrong.

    Hmm..I just ordered a unit from them for use in our lab at work. Didn't have any problems. Have you tried calling? Thats how I did the majority of the communication with them.

    I will tomorrow, I've been a little busy. On a good note, the system itself finally came in and is fantastic. I just wish it didn't cost me twice as much...

    I'm confident that Spectrapure will make this right for you. Keep in mind they're a pretty significant sized company, and might not have the manpower (or womanpower) to respond to emails with the frequency we'd all want.

    First, Sorry! I need to get to the bottom of this and make it right quickly. I know personally how frustrating it can be when a vendor double charges your credit card and it is hard to contact them to correct what appears like a mistake. Can you forward a copy of your charge information to me at my address-

    And resolved. I received an email from JR about 5 mins ago stating I had been credited. Thanks all for the help, especially Bruce from SpectraPure. I would now recommend them to anyone.
