calculate your light output compared to sun at sealevel

I have a chart that lists about 30 wild corals and their locations and what PAR values they were under.... You would be surprised at how much lower they are than many peoples tanks.
I believe Dana Riddle did the chart....

"Why can corals thrive on much less light in the wild compared to us having to pound them with light in our tanks?"

 

true sunlight vs man made light's....
