I jsut recently added my first fish into my sw tank, after a month, and I noticed that my skimmer was has started to bubble out of the container, and it looks like bubbles have started to come into the tank, I dont think the water level is low enough for it to be make splashes/bubbles, and this wasnt happening until I added the fish, anyone know whats going on or if this is normal?

I don't have any experience with that skimmer. Looks like an aqua c remora or similar.

I would guess that your airline or something is clogged. Do you have a gate valve on that skimmer that allows you to set the water level in the skimmer itself?

Now that you added the fish you actually have something to skim. I would say your collection cup is to low and is overflowing. Try raising it up.
