Brown Jelly....HELP

    I'm not so sure that's brown jelly. Any chance you could take a close up pic of one of those spots?

    I can't get another picture today because its closed, waxy, and shedding.

    hi there in my experience i would presume that the coral has been in low current areas as detritus does tend to settle on leathers and fingers if the current around is low. i suggest that you move the coral into an area of increased water movement and keep blowing any remaing material off the coral with a turkey baster. see how it goes.;)

    The coral is in the middle of the tank with great current and stays very clean with no detritus on it. Its almost done molting and the outside looks great, and starting to open up again. I hope that I don't see any new burn spots on it when it opens.
