She has krill on her plate (Whatever you call it) and she's not eating it or making any signs of feeding. Is she full?

Most likely. If it's not eating it then don't force it. Also you need to make sure you remove it before something else comes along and tries to take. It could end badly for someone it something tries to steal the food.

Blemo is really skittish about eating food of stuff, so she'll be fine, I'll remove it right now anyways. Does it eat by like extending it's mouth and surrounding the food and sucking it back in?

It uses it tentacles to grab the food and bring it in towards it mouth and then swallows it. Sometimes they close up completely around it depending on the size of the piece of food.

Okay, I see I have a lot of people shaking their heads at me.
She's eating, she looks awesome, she's happy, and my clown is taking notice of her.

Oh, and she WON'T STOP MOVING!! Hahaha, she's on the side of the tank right now. Is this a bad sign that she's not finding a suitable place? She stays in the place all day and then moves during the night.

Yes it is. If their moving their not happy. Not enough light, bad water parameters. Like asked before how old is the tank? Nems need very stable water parameters. Most say not to try one for at least 6 months, some say a year.

I saw in another post that the tank is about 10 months old...
