    im setting up a mangrove style brackish water fish tank and was wondering if anyone knew how to make a beach in the tank

    Well what size tank and fish?
    mudskippers im sure of archer fish maybe? fiddler crabs
    give me the specs of what your gonna have first :)
    also type of substrate

    I actually thought about the whole beach thing the other day. That would be pretty cool on a *really* long tank to have the sand come up out of the water with land crabs and what not.

    75 and i plan on having mudskippersandarchers not alot though and i have sand in the tank and a beach kinda started

    I just did this with a 55. I’ll try to get fiddler crabs, and mosquito fish. A few other fish too, but I don’t know what kind yet.

    Well here guys i came across this web site that is Simple and pretty well informed when i started up a brack tank a long time ago , from all the researching i did its the best advice i can find and the most true..

    Or maybe you have found it already? :) any way you would Like mudskippers they are great little dudes also i would HIGHLY recommend a couple Dragon Gobies and Bumble Bee Gobies. i'm sure you've heard of them :)
