My brother is......i don't know much about it, but he has a Longbow, crossbow, and a compact bow. He practices every evening. I have practiced with his Longbow a few times, it's a lot of fun.

i have heard the equalizier is a bada** release, it is supposed to give you more of a draw length. i personally shoot with a scott wildcat single caliper. i have used a couple of there other ones i don't think you can go wrong. with them. what kind of shooting are you doing.

hunting whitetail, i've got a pse firestorm lite i think, been a while lol. I was looking at the scott releses, I liked the wolverine the best. It was very quiet, but it sure is sensitive, adjustable though. kinda pricey too

they are a little pricey. that being said i have had mine for 3 or 4 years shooting my hoyt maxxis 35 and it still fills brand new. i think you will be happy with it if you go that route. mine is a little heavy on the trigger but i like it like that.
