Blue Streak cleaner wrasse doing Fantastic! 3 weeks later, still alive and thriving!

    This may be the missing link in my knowledge of cleaner wrasses. I've seen conservatively 30 that began eating the first day they were introduced to the aquarium, but have only had experience with one for more than six months. It must either be:

    a. Prepared foods simply don't have the nutrition they need, so even if they eat it they waste away.

    b. It's also possible that when accepted knowledge about cleaner wrasses was established cyanide collection was still more common. All our fish come from better collection methods, so I may not have seen this.

    No matter what conclusion you draw, it's undeniable that the reefs pay the price for cleaner wrasse collection, and that should be enough not to anymore.

    Yeah, they are actually considered a hardy beginner fish in most European LFSs.
