Blue squammie!!

They are super hyped right now. Australia can only send us so many clams a year and it depends on the species. All year these blue's have been bringing in the big bucks. No wonder people are specifically importing them.
I think the next big clam trend will be Green/gold maximas... because thats what I want now!
Actually I'm surprised retailers aren't trying to get some Tridacna Gigas clams. There are almost as many people clamoring for those as blue squamosa clams.
