bloodworms beneficial?

    Just from doing a quick internet search, it looks like blood worms are nutritious for fish, but are more for supplemental feeding than a complete diet. But I don't know, that's just what I got from a few articles online.

    My package says
    Crufe protein min- 4.5% which is less than brine shrimp.
    crude fat min- 0.3%
    crude fiber min- 0.7%
    Moisture Max- 93.5%

    I make a mix of frozen foods for my fish they love it blood worms are a part of the mix some fish don't care for them but they are normaly for freshwater fish.

    Your fish can be sustained on blood worms.

    Thank you, I've been on here reading for awhile I post mostly on canreef as I am in BC Canada. But I figure that I can chime in and help where ever I am. I am on about 8 different forums, I guess I like to read allot.
