    Not a problem. Do what works for you. Some like to keep an all near 11, other near 8. You will get a feal for where Your tank likes to be and when you find it, maintain.

    Stability Is the most important aspect to keeping coral, in my experience. Granted, that means keeping it stable at an ideal chemistry.

    water chemistry is only a part of the equation, and those three a small part. What are you nitrate and phosphates sitting at, what kind of flow. those will cause STN more often then ALK/CA/MG
