I want a biocube for my bedroom, they look like great little AIO systems. Just waiting on the right deal to come along.

They are cool little tanks. Keep an eye on craigs list, you can find some great deals on them.

    Hey Everyone,

I'm playing around with the idea of retrofitting my 29g Biocube with Rapid LED's. Just need some thoughts on the color mix. I will have 2 dimmable channels (Labelled A & B), which you can see below in the diagram. Please let me know what you think of the color selection and arrangement!

Since I have yet to post a pic of my Biocube 29, I figured I should probably take a pic. Here it is (drum roll, please):

I think it would look infinitely better with a Kessil A150w over it though- come on 3reef Beer Label contest!

Thanks! I really need to upgrade my lighting...other than that I pretty much have it the way I want it, other than the inevitable upgrades that will come up in the future, since I can't seem to leave things well enough alone lol

Everyone has really cool tanks. I find bio cubes very interesting. How much weekly maintenance is required?

For mine, I just replace the filter floss in my media basket and empty my skimmer once a week and do a 5 gallon water change every two weeks. On occasion, I will also scrub the glass and blast the rocks.

Of course there is also feeding...
