I just ordered 150lbs from reefcleaners (unfortunately the price of the rocks just went up :( though luckily I was able to get his july discount) and emailed John whom responded in a timely manner. Very helpful, polite and appears to go out of his way to help. I said "appears' because the rock wont arrive until sometime this week and i want to see if my request will be included in my purchase (I dont have any doubt that it wouldnt be). BTW he informed me to notify him if something is missing or isnt what I wanted it to be...that is great customer service if you asked me!

John has excellent service. Shipping costs is what raised the price. Hopefully he will resort back to pricing by zone.

I am always going to be an advocate for supporting local fish stores on a lot of things. I buy off the internet as well but hook up your local businesses. Keep your local economy going too.

Just received my base rock from reef cleaners and love it. Was only $2 a lb and looks great. Would highly recommend them.
