    Where is the best and least expensive place to purchase.I'm particular to API kits and need a new master kit along with a few other kits that i want to start testing for,just wanting to find the best deal out there.

    PetSolutions.com. I don't know how S&H is, I always order enough to get it free, but it gets to me in 2 days after I order.

    Amazon has it for about $10 less when you include shipping though. Also, petco was about $8 cheaper shipped on their online site (at least when through amazon), if you want to go with a big store name.
