Thanks. I would like to think so. Maybe another fish today but not sure yet.
I've been feeding a lot and tested PO4 yesterday to notice that it was at .5ppm so I added some purigen and finally installed the biopellet reactor. Will test again this evening to see if the purigen brought it down any.
Funny how all these years, I never knew that purigen could be re-activated.

It's a pesky mantis shrimp. Wish I could get my hands on on mandarin shrimp.

Wow, now that is one monster tank ! Jealous of the fish variety, but most of all the sailfin tang is a beauty.

How are you managing water changes?

The clows are really enjoying the space. I had them in a 29gal previously. I love that beast of a hippo. But as I expected, I see a few ich spots on him today. He's eating and very active so hopefully it goes away on its own very soon.

I cannot wait for that sailfin to grow. Wish I could have gotten a Red Sea sailfin but I couldn't find any.
Water changes aren't too much of a hassle. I'm doing 50gals every 10 days and alternating using the water change water for my fish only systems.

Been away for a while. But have a few new additions to share.
Need help with an ID on two acans and their husbandry.
I have a small nitrate thus hair algae problem but I'm getting it under control.
Any help with IDs would be greatly appreciated.
Mystery (to me) Acan in the center.
