I have to say my Elegance is incredible! It must really love the location i selected for it as it doubled in size since bring it home!
I read that it's good to feed it shrimp with the shell, which i did and it was simply amazing to watch. It took about half an hour to swallow the shrimp. So cool to watch.

Should i just put another section in my filter box and put a bag of carbon inside?
Currently i've got a custom 4 chamber filter box with a sponge on the bottom then Nitrex, then Chemipure & filter pads on top. I can add another chamber for carbon.

    Sure am! :)

I would run carbon all the time. Make sure you are forcing water through it too. The elegance will thank you for it. :)

I cut up two to three dime size pieces of shrimp and feed mine but I take the shell off and make sure it is just meat.

Good luck hopfully yours turns out better then the one i just had.. Mine lasted a week it was gorgeous very big and metalic green with pink tips. I was spot feeting in little pieces of shrimp. Then one day it just started not opening for no reason and started to die I was very sad as it was such a great looking coral.
