I disagree with that comment. The nutrition is just different that BBS. Gut loading merely increases the overall nutrition.
As BBS, the sac provides high fatty acid content but they have little protein content. As juveniles and adults, they have higher protein levels and low fatty acid content.
Best of both worlds is to gut load with Selco type products, or AlgaMac 3050.

Click the link and scroll down to section 4.0, Artemia. You will find that GSL artemia have protein content in the 50% plus range, higher protein by weight than many other foods we feed our fish.
