Funny how that works out, because that is totally awesome. Around here UPS is 100000000% better for everything I have shipped/been shipped to me.

Yup, very 1st one. I have access to some much locally wholesale, I rarely buy retail anymore. Trouble is, stuff dies with no guarantee and it costs me nearly the same. 190 for the old Rhomboid, and 250 for the new. Both sub-males. I would rather front the 60 bucks to get the DD treatment. I am definitely happy that he is small, just a wee bit bigger than my flame wrasse so I think that will work out perfect.

I saw all those, I soooo almost pulled the trigger on the Nahacky's but I was thinking of waiting it out. Might go with a labout's and the Rose Band that is coming up today.

Idk, my girl convinced me we were not fans of the Majorie's or Lunate enough for the cost. Johnsoni is in the mix too, so long as I buy it without her seeing the transaction cost! Haha.

I was home all day today so I didn't see a reason to do Saturday this time around. However, of all days, it is absolutely pouring rain. I think this is the 1st thundershower I have seen in 10 years. LOL

Carefully, Rose Banded are typically pretty mean. I wouldn't try one. :)

And I don't think you've seen the right examples.

Well, the I have apparently the worst luck on earth with Rhomboid wrasses. The sub male I ordered from DD came in looking pretty bad; turns out he had swim bladder issues also and perished 10 days into my system. Luckily DD took care of me and refunded my cash.

So..... I ordered another Golden Rhomboidalis.... well 2 actually... a M/F pair from Kevin @ PIA.

They come in later this week, and I am praying that round 3 will be the ones. Sad that such a rare fish has so much trouble being brought into the hobby healthy. Photos courtesy of PIA.

3rd time's a charm. :) The odds are way in your favor now.

Not a bad looking sub-male at all! And just at the fun point of the transition, where the black margin is just starting to come in on the dorsal fin. :)

Yeah I have been working with him behind the scenes to secure a pair for a while now. One was on DD last week, and that was the 3rd this month. Seems they are being caught with some frequency lately.

    Haha, thanks Logan!

Yes I am very excited. 2-3/4" sub male should be just about perfect. The one I had from DD was going to be at least 1 year from any kind of transition, was only 1-5/8" long LOL. I am hoping the female stays female, otherwise I might end up trying to sell a sub male at some point! Haha

So bad new continues; as of right now, UPS has delayed my delivery until late Thursday for some reason...even though the fish are about 1 hour away... I am really starting to hate them. LOL.
