My quest for ATS filters continue. This is getting interesting... it appears that Dr. Adley who invented this method of filtration has patented/copyrighted everything about it down to the name.

The only people that can manufacture and sell filters are algaeturfscrubber.com. This might help explain the price and the lack of competition. Anyone know anything about these? What do you think?

    [sub]ATS Model 125
    $550.00
The ATS Model 125 will manage a 40-90 gallon aquarium that is heavily loaded with specimens. Retail stores can get the units in bulk quantities.

Both of the ATS units comes complete.

    Absolutely no assembly required.

The best application for the ATS is to apply the unit off to the side of the aquarium using a wall shelf, utilizing the dump action, which simulates an actual wave. Using the ATS on a sump unit below is just as efficient but you lose the wave action.

I tell you what, those bozos in the photo shoot should have gotten a normal tank for the big filter instead of the bow front. Doesn't it look stupid diagonally across the front like that?

It looks like someone docked their Star Wars' space ship on top of the thing.

A lot of the major systems using ats filtration have canned them. I'll get you some more info on aging ats systems. Of the topic, Jubert has been suing people over the unauthorized use of his patend(not little people of course).
