Those optics should be fine. I would hang the fixture about 30" above you sand for starters and adjust from there. Make sure you get a dimmable fixture as LED are much stronger than you think. Start out with a low percentage, 20% and slowly bump it up each week about 5%.

You may end up with 50% whites, 75% blues and 100% on the rest of the colors if you can control them to that level from what I have seen. You may decide you need more or less based on your selection of animals.
