ATI Coral Plus

I know theres a lot of us ATI users out there. Was wondering if anyone has ever tried this bulb. BRS says its a cross between Aqua Blue Special and Blue Plus.

 

Haha u must have got the email today that they are in stock now? I'm interested in this bulb too. I'm going to be ordering in a few weeks so I might try it out.

 

It's brand new so I don't think many people have experince with it yet. I'll be watching this thread.

 

Very interesting. Should be a good color bulb. I'll be interested to see what it looks like. From the description I would guess it has a light to medium blue tint to it. I think it would cut some of the harshness the AB has. I think it could replace the AB bulbs if you desired.

 

I need to check this bulb out. I dislike the harshness of the AB special.

Now just need to convince the wife I need a new bulb...

 

Well I am getting close to needing new bulbs so I pulled the trigger on a couple of these bulbs since I needed some rodi filters. I will let you all know what I think after they arrive. They should be here Wednesday.

Hopefully this bulb solves my OCD with my lighting. I've tried every different placement possibility with four bulbs, but can't get the perfect look. I have two blue+, purple+, and an AB special right now. if I swap in a third blue+ its just too blue. I thought about trying another purple plus, but didn't wanna lose too much par.
