ati blue plus bulbs

    i think im going to do this. front to back 1x blue plus, 1x blue plus, 1x 12,000k, 1x blue plus. i have some actinic tubes but i only have a 4 bulb fixture and i dont think actinic gives off alot of useable light do i dont want to run them.

    ide get rid of the actinic as they offer no real par value. Use 4 blue plus bulbs and 1 KZ fiji purple to bring out the reds.

    Blue+
    UVL Actinic white
    Aquablue special
    BLue+

    As Screwtape mention. A fiji purple is probably needed. I used the UVL instead and it's a nice combo. This combo was recommended to me by GrimReefer.

    Thanks Night-Rida.Those four bulbs plus shipping costs me $100 at reefgeek.com
    So worth it.I was rollin stock bulbs before.What a difference!

    1 bluespecial
    1 fiji purple

    That may make the colors pop a little more... IMO

    I have tried that combo to dr reefenstein.IMO the aquablue special put too much white in the joint.
