I have had my fair share of bad LED lights.

How about a deal on an HQI Pendant with a quality bulb like PHX or Ushio 20K and an HQI ballast instead?

There are plenty of "bad" led lights out there...

This, however, is absolutely not one of them. AI's are great lights that have years of proven results on a very large number of tanks, including my own.. Only thing that bothers me is how much cheaper they are now than a month ago when I got mine!!! I can see significant growth and coloration in only a months time from mine!

 

I see the controller used to cost $80...is that cost additional to the fixture and os it still $80?

 

AI is a very good product, please support this claim with facts?

 

Nay-sayers. Who need 'em when you've got the facts to prove it and they're already out there. :

This unit has been on the market for a few years now (2, I think?)...they have a spectrograph and par charts on their website. Numerous people have purchased this fixture and have shown their good success, even here on 3reef.
