I love anemone's but I have never kept one due to the fact that they move, often stinging things or getting caught in equipment.

Remember that over stocking an aquarium will mean higher nutrient levels which leads to algae.
I had a 55g with only 2 oc clowns, watchman goby, and jawfish.

Not sure which blenny is best?.it depends on your reasons for adding one.

There's more going on than 4 little fish in a 55 causing algae. Nano, don't over think this. Algae is gonna grow regardless but your bioload and nutrient export will determine if it will become a problem.

I wanted to advise not overstocking an aquarium because it is a contributing factor to higher nutrient levels. More fish means more food and therefore more fish waste.
Weekly waterchanges, lightly vacuuming a short sandbeds, cleaning equipment monthly(filters etc), and smaller feedings has always helped me keep my nitrates low.

I went back and looked at my 55g list and I had 2 oc clowns, 1 jawfish, watchman goby, and a blenny. Plus my corals.
When choosing your fish, think of compatability of the species as well as adult size of the fish.

What equipment do you still need?

All this in a small tank with no skimmer is gonna equal an algae and nutrient disaster.
