    But the other thing about a red coris is it will flip anything/everything it can looking for food. I wouldn't do that unless all your rockwork and corals are quite secure.

    But not so nice towards any new additions once establish/mature.

    Yup, pretty much. Stays small and constantly hunts for small stuff.

    A 50 simply isn't big enough for those. You should only consider Cirrhilabrus species which do not exceed 4".

    You'll be limited to the rubriventralis, lubbocki, and johnsoni, but the first two all hold some which are rather aggressive and the third some which are rather expensive.

    In terms of size, the pintail is fine. But naoko may well pose an issue - usually pretty aggressive with other fairys and I would expect such in a tank of the size.

    He's pretty tiny, about 2.5" where as the pintail is 3.5". Any idea roughly how much a C. brunneus goes for?
