    replaced bulbs,new skimmer,new critters,u name it i tried it..seeems to have slowed down a bit..ordered some magnisuim read that it might help anybody tried this aproach yet ?

    Kent Tech-M is what you want. You will need to raise your Mg to at least 1600ppm to possibly 2000ppm. Change the Mg no more than 100ppm per day. Keep the Mg at that level until the algae is all gone. You will want to skim wet and manually remove as much as you can before starting. A GFO reactor will help also.
