    Ok this is a dum question but what dose coraline algae look like and what dose it do.

    coralline algea has big muscles and I think it has a mustache. ;D


    Naw I'm just kidding. Coralline comes in lots of different colors and basically looks like an encrusting mat. Coralline is suppose to protect the rock from pest algae and protect the rock from infestations. Beautifies the rock and enhances the look of the reefs. Also plays a role in providing stuff to invertebrates as well. Google 'corraline algae', you'll find lots of stuff. :)
