    Does the size of pipe used to
    Hold the screen matter much? Screen size will be 10x13.

    Nope, you could use 4" pipe if you wanted to. Generally just match your overflow pipe size and you're fine. You may be able to go smaller (like to 3/4" if your overflow is 1") but I wouldn't personally.

    Hey Turbo I changed out my 1/2" tubing for some 1" with 3/4" fittings and wow! Way better flow I am filling 1 gallon about every 11 sec so I am good on flow now.

    (1 gal / 11 sec) * (3600 sec / 1 hr) = 325 GPH, good for a 10" wide screen, that's about where you're at, right?

    Yep that is about it, I also switch out my bulbs for some 150w equivalent so now I have 84 watts on the screen. Let the growth begin!
