    So don't hate me Alex, but...

    What you have looks good and fine. However, the drilled holes do leave some sharp edges.

    I'll relay an idea which Kevin Kohen presented: buy a critter carrier and use a soldering iron to melt holes in it. Done. Acclimation box. Melting holes won't leave sharp edges, but he did wisely mention doing this outdoors.

    And the clock is too late for guesses from me. :)

    Thats a good point. I did take a modeling knife and scrape the edges to smooth them... I guess I should have put that in. Also there are not enough hole I know that for sure, but with the auqalifter in place it will suffice for now.

    If you don't want to be dealing with heat and want something a little more precise, round the sharp edges down with a Dremel, diamond bits or hardened rubber would work best. (a rotary micro motor is much better though) Than use a series of headlight cleaner,Lambskin, wool, and cotton rotary bits to buff it clear

    Did you silicon any of the seams offered or is it all jusr bent into place?

    Just bent them up to allow for more water exchange. My new guys is doing well today. Swimming and eating and checking out the tank.

    DS9 is my favorite, never saw enterprise, and I HATE voyager.
