acan showing bone

    Have just recently seen improvement in all my corals after removing the finger leather from the tank and my acan has been swelling up nicely and accepting mysis and brine but skeleton is showing? Will it come back over the bone or is dieing?
    Low level placement and low flow.
    It's the best its been for a while apart from the bone

    It looks to me like it has the ability to grow up and over the skeleton.

    What level is the coral in the tank. What is the lighting and do you have a recent alk level?

    Alk is 8.2 and lights are 2 t5s and 2 t8s. Placement is 2 inch off sand bed. I haven't moved it in 6 month. Coral beauty? ?
