Feeding tentacles came out last night so I spot fed everyone. Hopefully that's a good sign.

Have they been swollen recently? My Acans will look like crap for a couple weeks from time to time but always end up recovering. Do you have just one Acan coral? are there sweeping tentacles from others nearby?

My temp ranges from 78.6 to 79.8 I have 4 sets of acans and are always swollen but 2 have been shrunk up for a few days. No coral is able to sting them where there located.

Very good that they are eating. Shrunken during the day means they are not happy about something. Too much light, too much flow, picking etc. Can you get a picture?

Its weird, the one acan has been attached to the same rock for months now and was always happy. I moved the other acan lower in the tank but still no difference. Maybe there getting picked at, I'm puzzled. I checked my params again and there spot on. Also, they've been under the same light since I got them so no change there. Its a 36" 6 bulb T5 fixture with all ATI bulbs.

Bulbs are 4 months old. I got my acans the day after I put my new bulbs in. They both ate last night again so I'm hoping they'll pull through. My other set is doing great. I'll post some pics soon.

Here's some before and after shots. Zoom in on the full front tank pic to see the red acans.
