A little info about my fish: Orange Spotted Filefish- Oxymonacanthus longirostris.

    He is a beauty!!! What type of fish specifically? Anthias???

    I noticed in the upload of the video the OSFF are in a tank with white backround is there a reason for that????

    It was the colour of the wall behind the tank :)

    The anthias is a Pseudanthias flavoguttatus. Nastiest little fish to it's own species. Very timid when alone.

    Now see I was getting all technical and thinking they would be better able to see the sps polyps against a white backround. Over thinking as ususal!

    I try and grow sps and you try to kill it, go figure:p

    About to have these guys done in a large watercolor.

    I think I'll nab some of Coralline's SPS pictures so the artist can see what nice perky coral looks like.

    This was a pic I took of one at the Aquarium of the Pacific.

    I love these fish! i tried one a few years ago but it died it never ate, then i tried one in a more recent tank that lasted over 8 months in there, got it to eat off a dead coral skeleton. but it made me feel accomplished but i sold the tank.

    That is an amazing image. Having a decent camera is only half the battle, you have a talent for getting stunning images of stunning fish.
