    thanks for the compliments. It has been a lot of research and study but thankfully no real disasters. I think I was prepared for most.....and luckily I think I did things in the right order.

    I still need:

    - a good back up power system????? in the event of power failure

    - a sump with refuge under the 75.......work in process
