    Side Boards Install

I was able to install some side boards into the sump area for two reasons it was easier to seal off the sump area with kaulk and I want to put a custom controller in the right side of the cabniet and it should fit just right and will be hidden from view with the outter side panel on.

    Anyway here are some pictures.

    Bro.

Never have I been so motivated by a build thread. You really have gone all out.

I have no idea who you are, but if I lived anywhere near you, I'd buy you a beer. Every day, when I came over to look at your tank.

    Nice work man. Wow.

Okay well this is the weekend I am filling the tank with RO/DI. I was also able to get some rock work together I used some rock putty to hold them together but I am going to have to get some acrylic rods to really make it stable at least on a few pieces.

    Here are some pics.

To start I was able to make a support for my Bean System Standpipes. This was made so that in the event that I am behind the tank and bump one of the pipes it wont transfer the leverage onto the bulkhead and create a leak or crack the back of the tank.

Then just for fun I turn on the non-antic lights to look at it again.

Then I started to fill the sump with RO/DI water.

I am filling it one 5 gallon bucket at a time to make sure I get an accurate system volume so that I can medicate the tank and do calulation accuratley on the tank.

So I have now moved onto filling the main tank which should tank the longest with my 90 GPD unit it should take about 2 days since I won't be filling it overnight.

Don't forget you'll have some displacement from the rockwork and sandbed in the fuge. I'd get those in before I completely fill the system.;)
