    It was no problem at all!! I was trying to make it more difficult than it was. lol Just having it sitting on the top seemed too easy!

    Something tells me your going to need these - 8)

    Great light, TEK's have better reflector's than ATI's IMO, not so flimsy :)

    So I have 8 lights and there are two power switches. Are there times where I would only have half the lights on, or are there two switches just because there are so many lights?

    I don't know anything about corals and their light needs! (yet anyway).

    One switch per 4 lights.

    Two switches should control half of the bulbs, not sure which half it will control though.

    We need water, sand and rocks in there please :cheesy:

    Okay, so it's not because corals need reduced light for a certain amount of time per day or anything? It's just the way the power is broken up?

    Has nothing to do with the corals, its just the way the power is broken up. BTW, when you finally install the bulbs, do one bulb daylight and the following one actinic and so on.
