    Not your fault. They should have packed better, in a styro container, with proper heat packs. Double styro with insulation between the 2 containers would be even better with weather the way it is.

    No, no!! Don't. This could have happened from anywhere. Please, don't!! I'm thankful you suggested the place. She has beautiful fish and I will get a replacement. I might even upgrade to Grade A.

    Actually I like the Grade A Picassos better, so I think I'll pay an extra 50 bucks and get one of those.
